When the marked product goes through the laser marking machine on the production line, the photoelectric sensor gives a trigger signal. At the same time, the marking software obtains the current speed of production line by high-speed encoder and automatically amends and compensates for the marking pattern. The laser and galvanometer controlled by bus board emit light according to the corrected pattern to mark the online product accurate.
