4. After-sale Service
4.1 MACHINE INSTALLATION AND TRAINING:
Machine installation and training is provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for preparation of the site as outlined in the Seller's Pre-Commissioning Guide. The buyer should be responsible for completing the installation check list and submitting it to the Seller by E-mail before engineer departure from head office. Freight Ticket, boarding and lodging would be borne by the Buyer.


5. Wanrranty

The warranty period is 12 months starting from shipment date against bill of loading.
Machine Parts - Subject to the Seller's warranty and the service terms, replacement of parts are supplied free of charge during warranty period. The Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and shipping charges. Replaced parts are property of the Seller and must be promptly returned to the Seller's Service Center at the Buyer's Cost. Consumable parts (such as nozzle, ceramic ring, protective lens, etc), easy-worn parts (such as seal, O-ring) and Specified parts (such as fiber cable, focus lens, collimated lens) would not be under warranty.
