Introduction of the machine:
1. Sheet Cutting Machine Body :

We adopts high rigid carbon square tube welding table ,this structure can efficiently solve the issues of shaking and deformation during long time high speed working .The total weight of whole machine up to 4 tons, it can support mass loading working materials up to 1000Kg . Through twice age process and annealing treatment, protect body will not deformation.


Connection Between Machine Body and Pipe Cutting:


We connect machine body and
pipe cutting area by this metal
workpieces(show as picture 1).
While most of suppliers don't do that way.The machine body and pipe cutting section need to be horizontal and stable, then pipe cutting section can work properly.The advantages of this detail:
(1) Reduce defective percentage;
(2) Save time;
(3) Save cost.

2. Machine Electricity
Every singnal cable &VGA cable we will add Magnet ring avoiding singnal interference


3. Gas System
We add O2 pressure monitor system, if pressure lower than 3BAR or pass 9.5 BAR the BCS software will alarm and the machine will alarm. So any gas  problem happen the machine will stop to protect lens avoid damging.

(1)We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickness plastic bag for waterproof.
