Training to install(3options):
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/ whatsapp and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using & adjusting. (Recommend)
B. You can come to LANSUN factory for training. LANSUN will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipment, all sorts of tools and testing facility,we will also provide accommodation during training period.Training Time: 2 working days.
C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch.Standard training Time: 5 working days, our engineer salary USD 100.0/day .
Remark: The charge of visa application ,round air tickets and accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.
Warranty
The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of your destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period .
