Lansun ensures responsive within 24 hours, we will provide technical guideline, and send engineers to solve on the scene per necessary.

2. Quality warranty
Lansun offer 12 months guarantee after CNC Cutting Machine was installed, and machine must be installed within two weeks normally once received. Lansun provides free solution for problems caused by normal use, such as product quality, process precision, not able to cut normal material etc, but still offer the maintenance once the guarantee period of 12 months expired, only with basic fees.
