ZPG3015HT fiber laser cutting machine adopts the most advanced fiber laser in the world to output high-energy-density laser beam, and gather it on the surface of the workpiece, so that the area irradiated by the ultra-fine focus spot on the workpiece is instantly melted and vaporized. The system moves the spot irradiation position to realize automatic cutting.
ZPG3015HT fiber laser cutting machine:
Flat cutting part: adopts the gantry structure type, bilateral drive cooperates with rack and pinion, it has the characteristics of stable structure, good rigidity and high speed, and its positioning speed can reach 140m/min. The interactive workbench saves loading and unloading time and improves work efficiency. The fastest exchange speed can reach 25S.
Pipe cutting part: The pipe is fixed by double chucks, the chuck is rotated by a servo motor, and the front and back position movement is achieved by the drive of the servo motor rack and pinion. The clamping range is φ20-φ350mm, the clamping structure is stable, and the positioning accuracy is high.
