Remarks:
1. Container information :offered after confirmation of machine quantity 
2. Payment: 30% by T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment; or by irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. Warranty: one year covering manufacture defects, but excluding consumables.
 
4. Installation & Commissioning

If the Buyer need the Seller to send engineers for instruction of installation & commissioning, after receiving the written form from the Buyer in which states the Buyer has finished all preparation according to the foundation drawings provided by the Seller, the Seller then send out engineers. The Buyer should pay for the round tickets (start from Shanghai), hotel, restaurant, inland travel in the Buyer's country. And a salary of USD 60 /day per engineer is for the Buyer's account. The Buyer should also provide a Chinese interpreter to offer assistance for the Seller's engineers if needed.
