Laser machine FAQ

Q1: I knew nothing about the laser machine ,how I choose the suitable machine for my work?
A1: Very easy to choose , only need to tell use the which kind material you want to cut or engraving ,the max thickness need to cut ;and the max size you want to finish (Length and Width).

Q2: When I got the machine ,but I don't know how to use it ,What should I do?
A2: Together with the machine ,there is detail english install and operate manual &&video, meantime before you get this machine ,our service engineer will contact with you in advance, all questions you can contact with them in anytime.

Q3: If problems happen to this machine , what should I do ?
A3:1) Contact with our engineer ,they will analyze the cause solve it
2) If spare parts damage in our warranty time ,we provide free parts to you .(Whole machine warrant time 2 years ,except  the laser tube power ≤ 60W warranty time 6 months ,laser tube power ≥80W warranty time 10 months) .
 If spare parts damaged beyond the warranty period ,we will provide it to in cost price .

Q4: When I get this machine ,for this machine working ,any other parts I need to prepare?
A4: With this machine ,we have provide all working parts , you don't need to prepare ,only install is ok .
